Shipping, Cancel and Returns Policy

Free shipping is available on eligible orders, and a shipping charge may apply to other orders. The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability. Shipping will be done as per the delivery schedule selected by the customer.

We have a "no questions asked to return at delivery and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the products delivered. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your wallet account on Chantai.in. This can be used to pay for your subsequent shopping bills.

1. You can cancel the order before three hours, from the order placement with free of a cancellation charge, however after three hours cancellation will attract the cancellation charges, you can refer to the cancellation charges while canceling the orders.

2. The request for cancellation of the order can be made by canceling the order from the 'Orders' section under "My Account" by using the order tracking number, or by calling our customer care number, or any other method, as may be intimated by Chantai.in to you from time to time.

3. On the receipt of the order cancellation request, your order will be canceled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of cancellation.
